What are your opening hours?
During the Corona lock-down we are still open from Tuesday until Friday from 10:00 – 18:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 – 17:00
What is the timespan of a repair job?
If you bring you computer to our shop without an appointment the repair takes about 2 working days. You can also make an appointment which will shorten the repair to 1 working day. Excluding the time to order the parts that may be necessary.
Is nTERRA expensive?
We have been in business since 1998. We are not the cheapest but our team has a long experience in dealing with the installation of new computers and the repair of broken devices. We hold ourselves to the highest standards in quality and guard your privacy.
Does nTERRA sell hard- and software ?
Yes! we have a fully stocked shop on the Valeriusstraat. You can also order certain product trough our webshop.
Do you repair computers?
Yes! this is our speciality. We have our own technical department fully equipped and experienced in a huge range of computer repairs and upgrades.
Do you repair tablets/phones?
We can help you with software issues and replace accessories but we do not do internal hardware repairs. This is a different specialisation and often more expensive than a new device.
Do you sell loose components?
We do sell certain components but most require a professional to install. Doing it yourself could void the guarantee so in some cases we only sell the parts including the installation so you wil have no trouble in the future.
Where is the shop located?
Our shop is located at Valeriusstraat 35. This is in between the President Kennedylaan and the Groot Hertoginnelaan.
